My New year's Resolutions for this year !

 


The start of a new year is the perfect time to make a change !

And I will try this year to do my best for realize this (short) list :) : 



  1. Quit the negative self-talk (I know this is a very difficult habit to break but it can be done !)
  2. Spend more time with people who make me feel good
  3. Start a self-care routine (It could be a skincare routine or other stuff)
  4. Learn to say “no” (It's really hard for me...)
And the last one 💪 :
5. Stop saying “I can’t” (because I can !)
